At Shipton & Heneage, we pride ourselves on the quality of our footwear and accessories; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to initiate your request and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original branded packaging and secure them inside a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and retain your postage receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
